The International Bear Fur-nomemon is getting a year older on September 18th . As with fine wine, XXL gets better every year!

If you have been to an XXL Birthday in the past you know that this event is not to be missed. We raise the bar so high each year that we wonder how were are going to top it the next. And this year is no exception.

We are pleased to annouce that DAVE AUDE will be headlining the event. Many may remember that we had booked Dave earlier this year, but due to  travel issues he was not able to attend the gig. Well those are now sorted and we he will be making his UK Debut at XXL’s 10th birthday!

Get ready for the campest pre-party of the year. XXL Does Eurovision Pre Party.  What a better way to get into the party mood that to cheer, boo and jeer the camp shenanigans of the cult institution that is EUROVISION.

On Saturday the 29th of May doors for the Eurovision Pre-Party Open at 19:30, with the Camp-factor going off the meter by 8pm.

At 1am Joe Egg will be spinning an 40 minute long marathon of Eurovision Classics to get to rip off them skirts and dance like a loon!

Bear Pride 2010 is looking to be out of this world.  With Dj Sets from The Freemasons, Cahill the XXL All Star DJ’s, Performances from The Dream Bears, Env, David Johnson, Greg Mitchell and More, Bear Pride 2010 will be the biggest weekend at XXL in 2010.


It’s never too early to plan your bank holidays! Advanced tickets are on sale at www.bearpride.co.uk There is a weekend ticket that gets you into all of the events held at the Arches from the 26th through the 31st May. As with all XXL Bear Pride events in the past, it’s going to be a weekend of fur, men and fun!

The murder of Ian Baynham has really hit close to home at XXL as Ian was a member of XXL. 

On September 25th 2009 Ian was attached and died as a result of homophobic taunts in Trafalger Square.   The Three teenagers responsible for is death are currently standing trial. They are facing charges of manslaughter, but in our books it should be treated as murder.

We have started a petition demanding that the charges be raised from manslaughter to murder.   You can sign the petitions both online and in the club.

The rumours are true, House Diva Extraordinaire Barbara Tucker will be performing a LIVE PA at XXL LEATHER on the 1st of May.

Barbara Tucker is no stranger to XXL, she performed for us at the MASSIVE launch of XXL NYC! We have been itching to get her to perform in London and we thought we’ve waited long enough. Barbara Tuckers career has given XXL some amazing dance floor Anthems with ‘Most Precious Love’, ‘One’ and the classics ‘Stop Playing With My Mind’ and ‘Beautiful People’

Our Very own Mr Mark Ames Promotions recieved a Silver Medal in the 'Best Promoter' Category.

In the Category of 'Best Event' XXL BEAR PRIDE also received a Silver Medal.

In The Category of 'Best Prodution' XXL secured a Bronze Award!

It’s all just in time to make a return trip to that mansion of all things Hedonistic - the XXL Playbear Mansion!  Shake off those winter blues and with a Party of Debauchery & Excess with the Playbear and Bunnyboys of the XXL Playbear Mansion

The Mansion’s very International- Playbear of the Year - Mark ‘Heffner‘ Ames has been very busy decorating and filling Easter eggs with prizes. To add to the fun Mark has his team of Bunnybears and Bunnycubs hide them all over the Mansion. So come down and hunt for the special eggs with prizes.

But with all the hot fur and flesh on display we'll excuse you if your egg hunting is somewhat distracted!
